    This Georgian potato patty is often served as a snack or as a dessert with coffee.
    Ingredients
    • 500 g flour
    • 120 g of oil
    • 500 g potatoes
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • Salt, pepper, to taste
    • 200 g of oil
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 clove garlic, diced
    • water
    Instructions
    1. Chop and boil potatoes
    2. In a hot pan, fry the finely chopped onions until brown.
    3. Mash the potatoes and add to the sauteed onions along with the spices and milk.
    4. Make a dough with the flour and flatten the dough to a thickness of 1 cm; cut dough in equal sized circles
    5. In each dough put 2 teaspoons of potato.
    6. Wrap and fry both sides on medium heat.
