    This dish is a classic that is normally served with rice. It is made with a variety of spices that give it its aromatic taste.
    Ingredients
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • ½ head cauliflower, diced
    • 1 green chili thinly sliced
    • 1½ tsp canola oil
    • 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric
    • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1 bay leaf
    • ⅓ cup diced coriander
    • 1 tbs fenugreek
    • ⅓ cup diced tomatoes
    Instructions
    1. Place the onions in a pot along with the garlic, fenugreek, green chili, and canola oil and sauté on medium to high heat for about 5 minutes
    2. Add in the tomatoes, cumin powder and turmeric. Stir continually for 2 minutes.
    3. Finally, add in the diced cauliflower. Stir once again and cover the pot, leaving it to boil low-medium heat.
    4. Once the cauliflower is boiled and soft (about 15 minutes), take the pot off the stove and sprinkle with the diced coriander.
    5. Serve with rice and enjoy.
