    This food is like a cake and popular in Georgia as a dessert; it is very good to eat with coffee or tea.
    Ingredients
    • 4 large cabbage leaves
    • 150 grams of walnuts
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 20 g of vinegar
    • 5 g of dried coriander
    • 20 g of blue fenugreek
    • 60 g of carrots
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    Instructions
    1. Boil carrots in a pot and remove when soft; slice.
    2. Mix walnut in meat grinder in fine net
    3. Knead until walnuts are not producing oil.
    4. To get the oil easily, mix a little boiled water, garlic and salt.
    5. Take oil in a separate container.
    6. Mix the spices and mix evenly with the walnuts. and apply onto the cabbage leaves.
    7. Place the slices of cooked carrot on the walnut mixture.
    8. Roll up each cabbage leaf almost as a burrito, in aluminum foil.
    9. Place in refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
    10. Slice diagonally and serve.
    Notes
    Dried marigold can be added to mixture, also.
