    • 6-8 onions, chopped
    • 1 pomegranate
    • 400 g walnuts (optional), crushed
    • 2 red peppers, boiled, seeded, and chopped

    • 1-2 tsp salt

    3. Cut meat into small cubes.
    4. Take boiled and cooled peppers and add garlic, walnuts, and salt and pound well.
    5. Add coriander, "Summer Savory", and pound more until plastic-like consistency.
    6. Heat chopped onions until golden color, then add red wine and meat mass, mix and cover the pan tightly. (The fire should be as low as possible)
    7. When it’s hot, it is ready to eat.
    8. Top with pomegranate seeds and serve.
    Notes
Dried marigold can be added to mixture, also.
